The practice
What we see
Families see their own household. Nannies see the family they are with. This is the view that holds both.

Handbridge
Early years. Plan agreed.
Nanny matched. Review this month. The note from Tuesday is already with the family.
-
Christleton
Introductory day still to come.
The plan is written and waiting for the family to approve it. Care has not started.

Trentham
First month.
A drop-in this week, arranged in advance. One nanny, one household.
No nanny is placed with more than two families. A concern raised by a family or a nanny comes to us the same day. The plan is updated after each review and shared with both of them within a week.
A first view of how the arrangements are kept. Names of children stay in their own record.
